Body Shop Fitness Center

I didn't actually use the inside of the gym. Instead, met the group outside and attended the 8am Saturday morning beach boot camp class. It was the perfect way to sweat out the poor choices from the night before, and Bruce was a great instructor!

The good folks at Body Shop made it super easy to keep up my gym routine while I was away at vacation. Special thanks to the very attentive and kind gal who checked me in with my week pass and to Bruce for showing me around the gym. Definitely take advantage of his beach bootcamp on Saturdays if you can.

I have been lifting here in the AM for years. If you love the gym, you'll love this downtown Rehoboth getaway. You'll be surprised at how much you can get done. They have all of the equipment you need. Certainly the best place to go when you're in Rehoboth!

The only fitness center in area. They offer daily, weekly membership. The gym is clean and has toilets but no shower area. They have lockers you need to bring your own keylock. I was asking for personal trainer ($70)and told to leave a number but nobody call back probably because they only want local.

My favorite gym for the summer! Adam, his employees and everyone that works out at the Body Shop is so friendly and welcoming. The people and all of the windows make it a very positive atmosphere for getting a great workout in! I always feel so happy and comfortable working out here. The location is also so convenient for taking a walk on the boardwalk, jumping in the ocean or grabbing food after your workout. Definitely recommend getting a membership!!!
